The battery works fine, but it doesn't easily insert into my T410s computer. I have to push it hard into the the computer's battery slot and sometinmes it does not make good contact until I remove it and replace it into the slot. Otherwise it seems to be a good battery. It holds it's charge well and interfaces with the Lenovo's battery software just like an OEM Lenovo battery. I have used it on a transcontinental flight and it worked from coast-to-coast.
