I bought this to replace my own dying laptop battery. Ut says it is a replacement battery for the N5010 laptop which I have. I paid $22 for next day shipping. Once I got it I plugged it in. The computer would not reconize it. Tried powering it down, reseating it, and nothing, constant error system can not identify battery. I email BattPit and tell them the battery does not work. They send me a form to fill out and then tell me they will not refund my original shipping charges. WTF? I paid $22 to have a battery the next day, and that battery did not work. And they wanted to tell me they would not refund that? I emailed several times with no reply, and finally sumbitted the issue to Amazon who took care of the issue for me. Would not recommend buying any products from this seller.
