Hi, I purchased this battery to replace my battery that I have had since 2009 (not bad right) anyway, while doing research online and looking at the other sites I came across this battery and the price was great. Let's face it folks, who in the world is going to pay almost a hundred dollars for one. Right now I am happy although, I have to RECHARGE it after a certain amount of time. I know you have to do this with all batteries, so I am watching this one closely to see if the battery life is as long as my first one.

I have even called Asus customer service to see if I should unplug my battery once its charge, they said YES to reserve the life span of it, but I was told by others to just keep it plugged in the wall it won't hurt. Well the jury is still out on this.. So, you get what you pay for and my eyes will be on this!
