The battery holds a charge just as well as the standard Apple battery that came with it, if not better. The big problem is the fit. The one I received anyway was VERY snug in terms of thickness. So thick in fact that I have to apply a fair amount of pressure to lock it in, and it presses hard against the underside of the trackpad and makes it hyper-sensitive or something. It is very aggravating to try to type anything with the battery in as anytime the corner of my palms even hover over the trackpad while typing, the cursor randomly jumps someplace else or other such abnormalities. Take the battery out and use the power adapter and the problem goes away completely. I've seen this before when my old battery would start to bulge in the middle and slowly start pressing on the underside of the trackpad and I would experience very similar problems. Thus, I'm fairly certain the NuPower battery is just too thick. Good power; bad fit.
