I purchased this battery to replace the one in my almost two year old ASUS Eee PC 901 (white). As I recall, the original battery, when it was brand new, gave me outstanding battery life, and was able to last (with medium brightness, no overclocking, wi-fi off) through my through my seven hour school day and still have a little left in the tank when I got home. I have since switched schools, and I now am at school from 8am-5pm (9hrs), and I have a wi-fi network that is not only for teachers. I use my computer in five to six classes per day, with overclocking on (from 1.6 to 1.83 (i think) Ghz), full brightness, wi-fi on, and I occasionally surf youtube during lunch with some friends. Now, with all of that use, I come home at the end of the day, and I can still watch one full length TV show on hulu before I need to recharge. This battery rocks!! I will definitely purchase another DekCell battery if the need arises again. I recommended this product to anyone in need of a replacement, or spare battery.
