As the battery has been functioning for a couple days, this initial report is not a service assessment; however performance so far has been nominal. I am fully satisfied with the fit and function. Fit for this battery is essential because it clicks onto clamp points and a retainer lock to become a structural member on the bottom of the laptop case: this worked perfectly. The color and shape is an identical match for the factory original material.
I was a little concerned with the delivered condition, as there was an odd odor in the package. The case was sticky and had to be peeled out of the shipping envelope material. All this was easily fixed with a damp sponge, and all is good now!
