My employer provided this replacement battery for my laptop in which it arrived very fast and well packaged. After following the manufacturer instruction for using the battery for the first few times as well as proper manitenance for longevity of the battery and optimum performance, the battery functions well and even better than the original battery. I work in very harsh climatic environment where most batteries perform poorly but I can not complain about this battery since it has performed perfectly in these situations.
