system is shutting down and saying problem occurred and some other weird things like USB ports are stopped working for some time , and need a restart to make them work. this problem is repeating. it is not issue with my laptop os, something wrong happening with power output from battery. since i don't have any other battery, i am not willing ti return that. Next time will go for OEM from DELL
