I will start this off by saying, I have ordered over 10 laptop batteries for different brand and modeled computers from amazon.com without any problems, Until this order.
The reason I ordered this battery was that my current battery would not hold a charge longer than 20 mins "I mention this because the computer was working fine besides the battery loosing a charge quickly"
When I received this Battery for my Lenovo B560 from LaptopPartZone, I shut down my computer, unplugged the ac adapter, and removed the battery, then I installed the New Battery.
When I went to turn the computer on I got nothing. No Power, Nothing. So I tried leaving it plugged in to charge, I tried putting in my old battery. Still Nothing.
I had a Computer Repair shop look at the computer and they said the computers motherboard was shorted out from the faulty battery supplied from LaptopPartZone.
I contacted LaptopPartZone and told them all of this, they requested I send the battery back and they would test the battery to see if it was faulty. I sent it back and 3 days later they sent a refund for the battery. But they did nothing about the broken computer from their defective battery. They said it was a Coincidence and it was impossible that a battery could short out a motherboard.
So now Im out a computer.
I strongly recommend using a different seller on amazon.
