Lenovo ThinkPad T500 Laptop Battery - Premium TechFuel 9 cell, Li-ion Battery Review

I bought this based on the reviews, and was confident I'd found a replacement battery for my T500 that would perform as well as the original 9-cell, which lasted about 5-6 hours when new. Early results are not promising - I unplugged a fully charged machine for less than ten minutes to print a document and 20% of the battery was used, and the icon stated that 1 hour and 40 minutes was remaining. This is not much better than the dying better I replaced. Very disappointing - this will not last a 2-hr flight let alone a x-country flight!
