Shipping was very fast. I ordered on a Tuesday and received on the same Friday.

The battery went right into my Vaio FZ and was recognized right away. I did not have to install anything.

However, I am a little disappointed that the battery I received is only 8800mah. The description does say 8800-10400mah, but I guess I figured the 12 cell would be 10400. I ordered this to replace another 12 cell that died on me, and that one was 10400mah. This is not a very big deal, but I probably would not have ordered this had I known it was not 10400mah.

Anyway, so far this battery is working good. For the price it was not a bad deal.
