Ordered this battery as a replacement for my XPS M1210. It worked fine for about 2 weeks and then no longer took a charge! I contacted the seller and they had me try one thing and when that didn't work they promptly sent me a replacement (and provided a shipping label for the defective battery!). Their support staff was incredibly polite and helpful. They REALLY stand behind their 12-month warranty!
