Just received and installed this yesterday. It arrived well packaged and in great condition. It looked like a brand new OEM battery, was already charged, and reported only a single charge cycle. It was very easy to install, though no instructions were included. I found them on iFixit.com, and also purchased a Y1 Tri-wing screwdriver elsewhere in order to remove the two security screws. That screwdriver is very inexpensive (about $2) but is hard to find except at a specialty hardware store stores (Harbor Freight) or online, so it would have been nice if one was included with the purchase, because you can't remove the original battery without one. The whole process took less than five minutes and most of the time was just removing & re-installing my MacBook Pro's back cover screws.
Very satisfied only time will tell how well it will last and hold a charge. My previous battery was the original OEM battery. It still held a good charge, but the battery cells had begun to expand and it was pressing so hard on the inside of the trackpad that the trackpad buttons were no longer working properly. Replacing the battery immediately solved that problem with no lasting damage to the trackpad. My original battery was in use for 3.5 years and had about 360 charge cycles. For the most part I use this laptop as my desktop. and don't typically run it without being connected to outlet power. I plan on fully discharging the battery about once a month just to keep it properly conditioned. The costs savings over an OEM battery was significant, and I don't understand why Apple considers this a non-user upgradable part (whereas RAM and HD upgrades are considered okay even though they are all adjacent to eachother). The only danger that I can see is the potential to short out some of the battery connector pins during the cable disconnection process, but just be sure to use a non-conductive pry tool to remove the battery cable connector and that problem is easily avoided.
