I purchased this non-OEM 9-cell battery as an additional battery to use while I travel on overseas flights. First one that arrived seemed defective or previously used (the box was in perfect condition, but the actual battery had some scratches) and after a full nights charge it only showed 7 hours of use left - a far cry from the 14 or so specified for a 9-cell. I requested a replacement and the seller responded immediately and shipped out a replacement along with a return label. I had the common sense to charge the second battery and make sure that it does what it promises (provides longer use time - the OEM is 6-cell and when new it gave me 11 hours of use, the 9-cell should be 30% higher). Well, it did not. Although I charged it overnight and I only turned on the ASUS Splashtop feature (no full OS startup, limited features, and low battery consumption) - still 7 hours of use...I contacted the seller and notified of my hardship. They were extremely professional and process my refund immediately upon their receipt of both batteries. I understand that sometimes some products don't live up to our expectations and thankfully there are sellers like this one who stand behind what they sell. I am not happy with what I purchased, but due to the excellent service I received from this seller I would definitely purchase from them again.

P.S. Also not visible in the pictures, but obviously - this battery is larger in size. It doubles as a sort of a "booster" for the netbook and raises the back up.
