eznsmart Laptop battery DLD620Y33 9 cell 7200 mAh Review

After trying to live with the original battery (which had a life of about 15 minutes), I'm so glad to have purchased a new battery. New Trent was a great supplier to purchase these aftermarket OEM batteries from. While most batteries get mixed reviews, most people don't realize how many factors effect how long your battery will remain charged. For example, when I first put in the new battery, I was lucky to get 2 hours of use before having to recharge. However, this is with wifi, bluetooth, and powering several external devices. By simply turning off my bluetooth radio on the D620, I can get about 3.5 hours of use before needing to recharge. If both bluetooth and wifi are turned off, it's over 4 hours. So charge will depend on how you use your laptop. I'll run some test to get specific times over the next few weeks. Hope this helps.

Follow the directions and charge it up. It took me 3 cycles to get a full charge. I love that it is bigger and creates an angle. Lasts at least 6.5 hours for me at this point.

I am editing this to remove my comment that it would not fit in my laptop bag. LOL it seems all I needed to do was put it in with the battery down first...then it zips up nice and snug.

When I received this product, I new right away something was off. The battery does not quite fit right into my macbook, it is a glossy black instead of the matte black of my macbook. And now, only about a month after, my macbook is telling me that the battery needs to be replaced soon!

Its hard to find a black replacement battery, but I would continue to look elsewhere. I was disappointed in this product.

PowerBook G4 Titanium Battery Review

after reading the first review, I happily ordered this battery looking forward to being freed from the shackles of my power cable, this was not to be. The first battery came partially charged already and would not charge any further with my laptop, in fact it only worked with the power cable plugged in and the moment it was unplugged the computer died due to lack of power.

Very dissatisfied I sent an email to the seller, two working days later after hearing nothing from them, I sent another email. They replied saying they would send me a replacement battery and a postage label to return the fault one. The only problem is now instead of one faulty battery I have two, the second one won't charge although when i remove the power cable it does keep the computer going. I managed to charge it from the 80% charge it arrived with to a whole 90 and then it refused to charge further. I am unsure if it runs down to 0 if it will charge at all or if in fact it only charges up to 90%. Either way it is hardly acceptable.

I would not recommend this seller and I will think twice before ordering items not shipped directly by amazon in future as this is not the only problem I have had with market place amazon sellers.

I decided to see if the battery would charge again after running down to 0%, however when i tried to put it into my computer it no longer fit, in the meantime it appears to have swelled.

Our original Dell laptop battery, straight from Dell itself, could no longer hold a charge - you couldn't even unplug the computer to move to a different room as it would die. Since we wanted a laptop and not a desktop, we searched around and found the best deal via Amazon. The price was right and the product was shipped FAST! We followed the instructions for charging and we now have a true laptop and we can move freely again. Note: I was concerned about purchasing a battery from a different source but decided that for the cost, I could afford to purchase three of these for what the laptop manufacturer wanted. It was a wise decision.

the battery was new and it charge but only to the 73 % capacity other then that it last more then 2 hours I not a 100% satisfied but only 73%.
