LB1 High Performance Baterry for Asus G74SX Battery Replacement Laptop notebook pc computer for Asus LC42SD128 18 months warranty Review

This battery works just like the original battery.

Everything seems good so far. It came in good box package with instructions on using the new battery for first time.

So far, everything is good, no conflict with my asus G74sx laptop.

I will update later if I find any issue with the battery.

So, few annoying symptoms finally showed up.

1) The battery status showed 100% capacity until the battery drain out. I noticed the problem occurred when the battery light blinking orange and green while the battery is installed and power cord is plugging in. Through internet, this indicate a problem either with the laptop battery or the power cord. Just to double check, I tested the old battery with the laptop and the problem does not occur.

2) The build quality of the battery is average. The original battery, the plastic build feel sturdy and fit nicely in the battery compartment. Compare to the replacement battery,the build feel a little bit cheap and sticking out a little bit from the battery compartment.

However, the customer services are prompt and respond well with email . They will send a new unit as replacement. I really hope this problem cause by the bad unit, not the general problem with this product. I will updated this comment if I find any issue with the battery.
