I read reviews warning not to buy this and others like it but thought I would give it a try anyway.
It works just fine for my purposes. I needed a second battery for my Asus so I could go longer on battery power and couldn't see paying ASUS so much more than this one cost me. I get about 5 hours of battery power out of it and it fits my computer just fine. I say give this a try and if you don't like it, go with your computer's manufacturer; word of warning though, you could end up paying as much as buying a new computer would be.
