Laptop batteries are usually expensive so when you find a rock bottom price, stay away. This battery completely died in under 4 months. There's no refund from Amazon and Laptopmate, the seller, says they don't have anymore to exchange it. So now I'm getting the complete run around. I paid $20.48 for it, don't bother. I guess I'll get one from Dell.

Dell was too expensive, $125. Getting one from Laptop Battery Depot for $55.

I heard back from Laptopmate. They sent me a prepaid return label. After they receive the dead battery they will instruct Amazon to issue a refund. We'll have to see how that goes.
