This battery arrived before the estimated delivery date and was a perfect fit for my Compaq Presario V2000 laptop. So far, it has performed flawlessly.

Because it's the same thickness and weight as the original battery, it lifts the back of the computer off the desk and tilts it forward (like a typewriter), similar to the original battery.

The last battery that I had (a replacement for the original) only kept a charge for around an hour. This new battery holds a charge for at least three or four hours. What a relief!
